How long are the tours?

Most of our walking tours last around 2 hours. Each one is paced for comfort — plenty of time for photos, stories, and cafecito breaks.

What should I bring?

Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, a camera, and curiosity. Miami’s energy (and heat) can be intense  water and shades are your best friends.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, please! We keep our tours intimate and small-group, so spots fill up fast. Booking ahead guarantees your place and lets us plan the best experience for you.

What happens if it rains?

This is Miami rain happens! 🌦 Most tours run rain or shine. If weather conditions become unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund your tour.

Absolutely. Every SouthFlo guide is born and raised in Miami (or got here as fast as they could). We’re storytellers, culture lovers, and proud locals who live the city we show you.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes! From families to corporate groups, we can customize private tours to your schedule, interests, and group size — including Little Havana, Wynwood, and our Miami Night Tour.

What if I’m running late?

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early. Tours start on time to respect other guests — but if you’re running behind, call or WhatsApp us and we’ll do our best to help you catch up.

Is the tour family-friendly?

Totally! Kids love our stories, colors, and interactive moments. For very young ones, we recommend bringing snacks, water, and a stroller for longer walks.

What languages are the tours offered in?

All tours are available in English and Spanish  depending on the guide, we may also offer select tours in French or Portuguese.

How do I pay?

All bookings are made securely through our website. We accept major credit cards and mobile payments.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes 48 hours’ notice gives you a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
